Delegate Elections
The Florida Democratic Party will select delegates based on Congressional Districts to represent Florida as we nominate Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for re-election.
Congressional District 17, includes Sarasota and Charlotte Counties and a small portion of Lee County.
The Convention will be held in Chicago from August 19 to 22, 2024.
CD17 will elect three men and two women. Voting takes place on April 18th & 20th- at HQ in Sarasota and Common Grounds in North Port. Any registered Democrat in CD17 can vote.
